SY26 LSC Organizational Meeting on July 2, 2025 at 4:30pm

The SSICP LSC will hold our annual Organizational Meeting on Wednesday July 2, 2025 from 4:30 - 5:30pm in the School's Academic Center (Library).

PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

1. To elect a Chairperson (must be a parent member) 

2. To elect a Secretary (can be any member) 

3. To set the dates and times of regular meetings for the coming school year

4. Select an Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act Officer.  

The LSC may also select a Vice-Chair to act in the absence of the Chair (may be any member, but a parent is recommended by LSC Relations).
